Unrecoverable build error on MSI Setup project

Hello ,
I face 2 errors while build MSI Setup Project in VS2005 in Win 7 OS .

1)"Unrecoverable build error" &
2) Could not create the file 'C:\Users\..\AppData\Local\Temp\VSI7CB4.tmp' 'Access is denied
each time above file name changed.
Also I have check by clearing Temp Folder , Registering below file & check same project in another folder.
Also it was working proper since last few months.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\MSI Tools\mergemod.dll

but could not solve Issue.

The Access is denied error is usually a security problem but not always. Based on the name, it makes sense that the file name changes; that is not an indication of an error. The problem could be that the file is used in more than way place in the setup but hopefully that is not the cause. I suggest checking to ensure there is not a security problem for accessing files in the directory and such. Hopefully that is the problem since it is probably the easiest to diagnose.

I am not sure I understand "Unrecoverable build error". It seems to indicate that there is a problem with the build; do you understand what a build is?
