Update Crystal Reports from Ver 13 to ver 20

Question

We are alreday using Crystal Reports Ver13 as report designer tool (with Windows 7 & 10 both).

Now, we wish to update to Crystal Reports 20 (for Windows 11 compitability).

Kindly suggest -

1. either to Update from Ver 13 to Ver 20 (without further re-designing)

or

2. make its reports usable for Windows 11

Your guidance and suuport in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Crystal Reports 20 (2020) is 64-bit only and fully supports Windows 11.Upgrading should not require redesigning reports, but all dependencies (database clients, drivers, etc.) must also be 64-bit. Crystal Reports 13 is a 32-bit application, and Windows 11 supports 32-bit apps. However, official support for Crystal Reports 13 on Windows 11 is limited. Potential issues include compatibility with newer drivers and database connections. Workarounds: Run Crystal Reports 13 in Windows 10 compatibility mode. Ensure all dependencies (database clients, ODBC drivers, etc.) are compatible with Windows 11. Consider using Crystal Reports Runtime for compatibility. If you want long-term stability and official Windows 11 support , upgrading to Crystal Reports 20 is the best option. However, if you prefer to keep Crystal Reports 13 , ensure all dependencies are compatible with Windows 11.
