update panel is working in localhost ,not in remote

In my asp.net website i have menu and on menu click it will show a panel whch contain update panel. it is working perfectly in localhost but on remote machine on menu click it is showing nothing........

i m stuck in this.....Please guide me

Hi,
Try to watch the console of Browser .
There you will get the actual exception.
It can be the issue of duplicate id i was facing this issue few years back.
Please try to explore the browser console you will definitely get out of this issue.
