Upload File to another location

hello guys I have admin page with address : http:localhost/web/admin in admin page I want upload file and save as in http:localhost/page/image it is possible ?

If I understood you correctly and if it's ASP.Net based, you use Server.MapPath(). This will lead you to the root folder of your website and from there you can use any subfolder path.
