Urgent :Give some idea to create a gps Tracking application

I have already configure this device & now tracking with help of Json-api (from that gps team but they now charge for that api) ..

so we decide to make a new application for tracking..They only sent the protocol (with some commands like commands for -set IP,port,apn,alarm mode,etc

ok when attached the gps device to any movable object means you will get some data with respect movable object such as lat and lang , speed,IMEI,etc this upto your device.

 

 

once you get the data from machine means save all the data in to particular table 
each and ever data wil be have imei number ..

 

cretae master table add all the vehicles 
table like 

id vehiclename vehicleregistration num 

then we normally know which vehicle attached with which gps machine so each and evry machine have imie and sim num  so take one table 

 

TrackGPStbl
id vehicleid imei simnum

 

using above mechanisem we come to know vehicle with attached gps device .
