URI refers a name space not include in assembly

Question

xmlns:local="clr-namespace:Invensys.ALM.SharedComponent.ManagementUtil.ViewModel"

 

i got the following error 

 

Error 28 Undefined CLR namespace. The 'clr-namespace' URI refers to a namespace 'Invensys.ALM.SharedComponent.ManagementUtil.ViewModel' that is not included in the assembly.
