The best help for you is to get a book about C#. Look for one that also explains about P/Invoke.

If the cpp file is not already in a DLL project, then you need to learn about C++ also.

Compile the files to native dlls and use P/Invoke on static dll methods, or use COM interop in an ATL/COM method.
