how use dll in other project in asp.net and access to class

makes sure all the method in dbbase class is public. then you will able to access the all method in derived class.

try this

right click on References - > click on Add References ->Click on browse and locate your dll

if your dll included in project then you can use use classes and method

just import the namespace and classes then you can use method.
