use of literal

i need to use literal in my project and retrieve and display data from the database in my project can you plz help me with it i need the solution with source code if possible....

try something like this


litstatus.text = object.value;


use 'this' function to call data and bind it to the literal

Please elaborate more on your requirement:
1) What do you mean by literal ?
2) Which DB you are using...SQL, Oracle, etc ???
