Use of new() keyword in Generics Methods

I would like to know what is the use of new keyword in generic function.Please find the file attached.. Explain me with some more sample code....

The new() constraint means that the generic type parameter to which it is applied has a parameterless constructor.

So, in this generic method:

public static T GetInHeaderProperty(this T Program) where T : IInHeaderType, new()
{
dynamic result = new T();
result.CompanyId = "Test";
result.UserId = "Test";
result.Password = "Test";
result.MessageId = " ";
return (T)result;
}

we know that type T has a parameterless constructor and hence the highlighted line compiles OK.
