i have need to create sub domain like

http://kartik.com.in/banglore_b

http://kartik.com.in/ahmedabad_a

http://kartik.com.in/surat_s

how to create this and also mapping it.

I don't think you need to host sub domain here until and unless you are going to manage a large separate database for each city
You can fix this by URL Rewrite
