using Ctrl for mnemonics instead of Alt

It wouldn't be easy as it's something which is built into the fabric of how Windows works.

You'd need to:

1. Set the UseMnemonic property to false for the control(s) in question. This would be necessary to disable the normal ALT + keystroke functionality.

2. Draw the underlined access key on the control yourself.

3. Install a keyboard hook to trap the CTRL + keystroke you want to use.

4. When the key is pressed redirect focus to the control.

Also it's not something I'd recommend doing anyway, because:

a. A lot of the CTRL + Keystroke combinations are already used as Windows keyboard shortcuts.

b. Your application would no longer work in the way that experienced Windows users expect.
