Using sublime text 3 with asp.net ?

After installing sublime text 3 and installing Package Control: Install Package Control and Emmet, when typing the rule characters (wildcard characters) and pressing tab, why didn't it insert the full html code? Did I install anything else? and application sublime text 3 with asp.net like? I am using Bootstrap 4.5.3 at: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.5/getting-started/download/

I tried typing Lorem50 and pressing Tab, it didn't appear at all, I don't know what I'm missing ?! I installed:
1. Install Package Control
2. Emmet

You can use Sublime for front end development, but (in visual studio Emmet is bydefault installed). and emmet should work after proper installation of text editor and emmet.
Type Lorem50 and press tab , if it works then you might be using wrong rule.
