Using Timer

I use different draggable panel windows(it is designed by coding and itself having toggle button to minimiaed and maximized) in a single asp.net with silverlight web page in that panels in one of the panel window i give code for game , in that if i m going to select a single panelwindow means the current selected panel is automatically get minimized and the selected panel gets maximized, in one of my panel i use timer, , i use timer to set the timing for the game,i have the doubt is there any option to pause the timer while the panel window is minimized and then it will start counting when the panel window is maximized. and let me know where i give that coding in clear.Hope the reply will be useful.its very urgent.
