validations

Question

i want to create a login form with validation but i have created form but i m not doing validation.

 

i want to put validation on -

1-name field

2-password

3-pincode

4-email

5-phone no.

 

and also want that the validation shows in same line of the field.

example- NAME      *name should be text 

  same as others

and one more thing is that--

if we fill the numeric value on the name field or same as other field and when we goes to another field that time 

show a msg-value is not correct enter the correct value.

example-

 

Password- if i will enter char value same time it shows value is not correct it takes numeric value same for other field also.

 

 

 

please reply me sir/mam as soon as psbl.
