You description is not very clear. What do you want to validate in calendar? Do you want to disable dates?

Here's a quick example to disable previous dates:
protected void Calendar1_DayRender(object sender,DayRenderEventArgs e){

if (e.Day.Date < DateTime.Now.Date){

e.Day.IsSelectable = false;

e.Cell.ForeColor = System.Drawing.Color.Gray;

}

}

Otherwise, if you want to do custom validation then you may want to look at ASP.NET Validation controls.
