How to slove this error.I am not using any threads in my code.

you should replace _shellSettings = new Lazy(LoadSettings);shellsettings>
with _shellSettings = new Lazy(LoadSettings, System.Threading.LazyThreadSafetyMode.PublicationOnly);shellsettings>

you can get the clear solution.
