VB2008 Express - How do you get the key field from a Datagrid row

I've have populated a datagrid and want to be able to delete a selected row. I have managed to get the row ID but I can't see how to grab the key field for this row. I need the key field as I have to update a table other that the one in the datagrid.

Any help woud be much appreciated.
