VB.NET report in below format

I need to show the report in below format using vb.net
In the header row need to show columns in the below format and corresponding values will be shown in below.

Name Maths C
Num# physics c++
Class Chemistry Sql Server

I think this is not possible to display such data in one control like gridview..

Take a result in dataset

Then declare on e stringbuilder strtbl1

and append it as follows

strtbl1.Append("")
strtbl1.Append("Name")
strtbl1.Append("Maths")
strtbl1.Append("C")
strtbl1.Append("")

strtbl1.Append("Num# ")
strtbl1.Append("physics ")
