vb.net,Rows cannot be programmatically added to the DataGrid

You have ONLY two options. Either use datasource or add rows programatically. You cannot mix these two approaches. Hope you understand this part.

 

If you choose to use datasource approach, add row to the datasource and refresh your databinding. The new row appears in data grid view.

 

If you choose to use programatic approach, add all your rows through code only.

You cannot use datagridview.Rows.Add(..) function because you have used datagridview.DataSource.

 

Alternatively, add items to your datatable (dataSource). Will fix your issue
