Anyone have any idea what this is doing in VB?

that looks like it was taken out of a with block and whatever object "with" was is being used to set a textbox text property.
e.g.,
Say you had a class called DogsAndCats with two string properties, MyDog and MyCat. In an application you create an instance of the class DogsAndCats; in VB, you can access the members like so.
Dim DandC = new DogsAndCats()
DandC.MyDog = "Charlie"
DandC.MyCat = "Moofin"
Now say you have two textboxes, txtDog and txtCat. You could populate them like this:
With DandC
txtDog.Text = .MyDog
txtCat.Text = .MyCat
End With
