I assume you're stuck with using VB.NET 2003 for some reason and can't therefore use other more up to date documentation generators such as Sandcastle.
There still seems to be plenty of links for VBCommenter on the Internet so I'd check whether any one else has reported the same issues as you're experiencing.

Xml file is created, but i can't see the IntelliSense for the function(that file is reference to).
It's very necessary me to document a project with many functions and many parameters.
Have idea?
