Vedio Capturing in winforms

In general, you can do this using DirectShow functions and methods. But if you are not familiar with DirectShow features, you might need long learning term to get familiar with it.
There are some higher-level programming SDKs like leadtools that wraps the DirectShow functions and provide ready controls to deal with different DirectShow devices.

It is not free, but there is a trial period for 20 days or what. After it you can decide what to do with it. I tried it, it worked well for me, so I bought it after the trial expired. You'll decide for yourself:)
