Visual Studio 2012 caanot run on my Windows 10 OS.

Whenever i do install VS2012 in my laptop, it can install successfully but it shows # devenv.exe Application error # whene lunch VS2012. i have tried many solutions but cannot solved it.. so please guide me to resolve the error. Thank you ..
