Visual Studio 2010 Crystal report error

Hi,

I'm using Visual studio 2010 getting Crystal report error: The type initializer for 'CrystalDecisions.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument' threw an exception.

But the same in Visual studio 2005 is working fine

Any help would be appreciated

Some of the forums having this discussion with solution, even you get VS2005 solution, try same for VS2010.

The 4th link is really good, it helped me out and thanks a lot for sharing it.
and i would like to share that info here:
we need to install CRRedist2008_x64.msi and CRRedist2005_X64.msi
