I have created visual studio plugin which is working up to visual studio 2012 but when I try to use same in Visual Studio 2013/2015 it is not working..Is there any way/workaround which I can use so that it would work in vs 2013/2015 also?

You help is extremely appreciated in advance.

okay. this may be helpful but you need to test it out.
Go to source.extension.vsixmanifest file and update the Install Targets to the appropriate version of Visual studio and also change the Version Range.
