I would like to know how to dock windows (not have floating windows). in visual studio.net 2008 professional. My problem is the ide has changed somehow from the default. The server explorer, solution explorer, and the code windows are not showing up when I open the ide.
I go to view and select the server explorer, solution explorer and the windows are floating. I would like these windows not to float. I also would like the 'code window' to show up as the default all the time.
