Voice & Smart device application

Hi, I need to write a C# Smart Device Application (not a ASP.Net Mobile application) that captures a voice and grabs key words from what the user has said, but I need to do that on a windows mobile form. What should I do? Any responses will be helpful. Thanks, Sadek
