vs 2012 setup project

Hello.In vs 2012 do we have to buy installshield for setup project?Or it is possible to add free setup project as vs 2010.is there any way beside Installshield?in vs 2012?

Hello.I did it but but know when I click on setup it message me - this setup was created with evaluation version of installshield.Evaluation works only days.I even activated it but know get message like this.

Download setup from google and installed on your system.
