In that case if there is a Customize option on the same submenu, I'd select the Standard toolbar and try adding the Cut, Copy and Paste commands to it.

Personally, I normally use the context menu (right click within the code editor) to carry out these operations as I find this quicker than the other options.

I found Cut, Paste and Copy on the main tool bar. It is a very small icon and all three icons are identical. Icons are downward arrows. Thank you for your help.

I followed your first method yes Cut, Paste and Copy check marked boxes were appeared on Tool bar along with standard box but it didn't appear on the main tool bar (at the top of the text editor).

Standard box is already checked but it is not displaying above option.

I don't have VS 2012 Express but, in VS 2010 Express, the 'standard' toolbar should contain these three options.

If the menu structure is similar in VS 2012, pull down the View menu, select Toolbars and then click Standard.

It's also possible to customize the content of all Toolbars by clicking Customize on the same sub-menu.
