I would like to get few clarifications on VSTO related queries. Please can you clarify my below question.
We have done a Visual Studio visio Add-In (Office Project) where we are trying to add ribbons and automating our code using c#. We have published this and created a 'set up' project to generate .MSI file. This MSI file will populate our diagram we need. However, we are unable to find the 'Deployment Project Properties' option under the Project properties.
Whenever we try to reinstall the application using VSTO set up file, it gives an error message window prompting us to uninstall the previous versions of VSTO Add-Ins from Control Panel. We would want to avoid this step so each time it just uninstalls automatically the previous versions and installs the new one. Is there a possibility to do it? Where can we set the 'RemovePreviousVersion' option to 'True'. Can you please help us here?
