Want add Google Translation API in aspx page

Hello Sanjay,

your link "http://dotnetawesome.blogspot.in/2013/12/save-and-fetch-other-language-hindi-bangali-marathi-data-into-sql-server.html" is working fine.

But i want that same work with desktop based application in asp.net and one more think when PC has no internet the translator must be working.

Give me any one solution out of this two problem
