Solution Architect seems to have a broader-perspective than a Technology Architect like .Net Architect, Java Architect, SharePoint Architect.

It also means, you need to learn lot of technologies, business domains & so.

I think you wanted to be a .Net Architect precisely ASP.NET Architect, considering 2 year experience you can target that.  For this, you need to be expert in the following areas:

1) Language fundamentals - OOPS, LINQ, Reflection (prefer certification)

2) Design Patterns, SOLID principles expertise

3) ASP.NET internals (prefer cert)

4) Homogenous technologies (Entity f/w, WCF, MVC)

5) Quality Trends (Unit Testing, Mocking, Web Client Testing)

6) Target .Net Architect Certification (Similar to http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/exams/70-300.mspx)
