Want to change logo in sharepoint app

Hello Sana,

You can’t change that in your GUI from the site. It has to be modified visual studio. Every SharePoint app you create would have its own App manifest file its xml file that you can edit and deploy.

Make sure your logo is a perfect Square or VS will throw error. :)

I tried your way but unable to change default sharepoint logo given inside App.

Open SharePoint app project in Visual Studio.
Open AppManifest.xml in design mode.
Change the Icon property to logo you like.
Redeploy the app.

Can you tell me from where we can change it, steps to follow to change logo because i have told Admin to change logo but he is unable to find option.

Is it possible to change through office 365 without using Visual studio

SharePoint App logo can be changed by admin only. End users cannot change it.
