Did you every resolve this issue? If not maybe I can help, if so maybe you can help me. I don't know if your trying to concatenate or truly combine but if it the former, I found that only using the low level Win32 api functions work properly. The tough part is getting the sounds to concat at the proper place. (e.g. if there are slight pauses in the recordings, they will translate into the concat'd sentence sounding weird. I saw something in the api funcs that I think pointed toward "when the audio starts" or maybe a timing. There are many things steps I have to complete before I can come back to my audio problems, when I get there maybe we can learn together. If you already figured it out, drop me a line.
