WCF REST Server and Streams

Hi there, i am receiving a stream of bytes from a java client. I have been struggling for two days now to try and read it and i have still gotten no where. Help me if you can thanks.

The Java client connects to my server but on top of that is sending a stream of information to me. All that i need to know is how to pick up the stream on the server side. i'm using WCF and using REST on top of that. I've only just started C# on monday and this task is quite daunting. My college and i are convinced that there has to be a class that allows us to do so but we just cant find it!
