WCF service project selection

I am new in WCF, so to create a WCF service which one i will select, WCF service library or WCF service application? And what is a difference between them?Please help me.

To the best of my knowledge, if you are absolutely sure that you are going to host WCF in IIS then choose WCF Service Application. Otherwise for the hosting neutral WCF project, choose WCF Service Library.
