WCF Services POST Record in database

Dear all ,

I made web service in WCF but when I request to local server with GET method its work good then I Request with POST method for Insert or Update Record so that is return error

"Method Not Allowed" and not debug sometimes its run .

no how can I use fiddler I dont have Idea

Did you try it in fiddler ?
From where you are calling your service ?
