hello ,

I'm new with c# and web api and I can't find an answer to my question , I want to know if is it obligatory to create an mvc controller to create the view page when we use web api REST ?

Hello

It depends on your requirement

If you want to display data using web api data than you can create view for that

But you just need data from web api than no need to create view
