consume web api with in WSDL in c#

I believe you can consume web api with in WSDL but you have to make call to the web api methods using http web client like below:

using (var client = new HttpClient())
{
client.BaseAddress = new Uri("http://localhost:9900/");
client.DefaultRequestHeaders.Accept.Clear();
client.DefaultRequestHeaders.Accept.Add(new MediaTypeWithQualityHeaderValue("application/json"));
HttpResponseMessage response = await client.GetAsync("api/Customer/1");
if (response.IsSuccessStatusCode)
{
//repsonse
var customer = await response.Content.ReadAsAsync > Customer > ();

}

No, you cannot consume a Web API within the WSDL. WSDL being a webservice description language, for SOAP based service like WCF or Legacy Webservice using ASMX. Where as WebAPI does not have a WSDL, it's purely REST based. These two are different technologies all together.
