can i use "MVC Searching and Paging " same in "WebApi"
if not then how can searching operation perform in Web APi.

Sure. You need to create a Web API action that would query your database based from the filter criteria. You may need to use AJAX (for example jQuery AJAX) to get the result from your Web API call.
