Web app that runs an MSSQL stored procedure

Hi, I am very new to coding and have been tasked a project to create a web app that loads a page with an input box, the input is then passed as a parameter to an MSSQL stored procedure. What is the easiest and quickest way to achieve this, any help and tutorials would be appreciated. Many thanks
