Web cam dll for windows 10 Home edition

I tried multiple DLLs to capture image from web cam using Win form Application in Windows 10 Home edition.

Same DLLs works fine in other version of Windows but not in Windows 10 Home Edition.

Could any one provide the DLL and code wich works fine on Window 10 Home Edition.
