Web cam issue.

This depends on how exactly do you capture from the web cam? Most of web cams have a standard DirectShow driver that gives you the ability to capture media streams or images. Some of these web cams have Twain drivers in addition to the DirectShow driver. There are also drivers for Media Foundation as well.

What are the exact .NET classes and assemblies that you use to support capturing feature?

I am currently using a multimedia .NET programming library from leadtools that has capture control to capture media and images from web cam DirectShow drivers. I think they support also twain drivers. I searched internet and found some useful information here.
