Question

I am asking if you can point me to a url (link) that explains how a web forms 2010 website is setup. Basically I would like a link that shows if IIS is still used and any other architecture features that are required for hosting a web forms 2010 website. This would include the architecture if the website is for an internet site for external use or if the website is for an intranet (just company wide usage). I am asking that question since I work for a small company and they are asking me to write a web application that accomplishes this request. There will probably be a couple of experienced consultants brought in to help me.
