Webparts not working

Question

CREATE DATABASE failed. Some file names listed could not be created. Check related errors. Cannot create file (LOCAL PATH )~\APP_DATA\ASPNETDB_TMP.MDF' because it already exists.         this error is created when webparts added to the application..can anybody give me the solution for that...
