Website taking much time for loading data

Question

We have one webservice. This webservice directly connected to the database. If we call this webservice methods we are getting data very fastly. Using this webservice we have developed one more WCF Service. Now we are calling the WCF methods into Asp.Net website. But problem is website is working very slow. It is taking much time for loading data. Why?

Please give me the suggesion..
