Website works on my local web server, but not on the product

Hello ,

I am working on asp.net , I have uploaded dll and some .aspx page on production server

but it's not working and same dll and .aspx page working on my Local machine as well as Test Server.

I have kept .dll in bin folder and .aspx pages out side of bin folder.

loging error is showing.

whenever i enter user name and password its showing Application Error accrued but on local machine and test server its working fine .

please tell me what is exact error where i am going wrong.

Yes , I have done that modification on production but my logs file is not creating it showing empty
so i m not able to find exact error.
I have used thread in my code after inserting data in table thread is in INIT process after that there is nothing happen it's showing only INIT status is there any need to give Permission to iis

Please check DLL(assembly) 'MySql.Data' on your production server.
Required version Version=6.9.8.0

where and how to check which version used for MySql.Data

Could not load file or assembly 'MySql.Data, Version=6.9.8.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=c5687fc88969c44d

Please check if the MySql.Data is same(version) or aviailable
