What are the considerations & configureations to deploy asp.net website in IIS 7 with static ip to access all the world?

Hi all,

  I have my own server with windows server 2008 R2, installed with IIS7.

Now I deployed a website in IIS 7 with static IP address. the site is working fine with my network systems.

but when i check the same website with out side network(I mean in my laptop with other internet connection), the site is not working.

So please tell me the considerations & configurations to deploy a site in IIS7.
