What are the must have .NET books?

Has anyone read a .NET book they though was really great and would highly recommend? I have a couple of Wrox books that I got when they first came out, but I think there might be a few of much higher quality around these days. A few people have given Essential ASP.NET With Examples in C# a very high wrap, are there any other books out there that you would highly recommend?

I have red the book "Programming Windows Forms with C#" its a good book but gets a little boring cause it has so much background information and things you just don't need but afterall it's one fine reference for Windows Forms :D

Being one of the authors I agree ;). The Complete Visual C# Programmer's Guide is one of the best books, if not the best book for C# and .NET. I've looked at many out there, and this one covers the widest variety of topics with loads of examples and step-by-step explanations. It covers the C# Language, Database Programming, Web Programming, GDI+, COM Interoperability, Security, XML, Windows, Deployment, Mobile Programming and much more. Each author has written for C# Corner and are experts on the topics in the book. Its even useful to have as a reference near by if you are doing .NET programming and need to look something up. -Michael Gold C# Corner Author
